An independent 3D psychological horror game called Red Face Horror lets players explore their surroundings and find out the truth from a first-person view. Players assume the role of Ron, a young boy who starts to see scary things happening in his own family's room after a character from fiction called "Mr. Redface" suddenly appears from nowhere.

How to play Red Face Horror

The story starts when "Mr. Redface," a figure Ron's parents made up, appears in real life for no clear reason. At midnight, Mr. Redface stops by to see Ron and leaves behind a strange doll that looks just like him. After this encounter, a number of disturbing and increasingly strange events start to happen in the apartment.

The atmosphere gets creepier and you have to discover what is concealed in a house you once knew, but has turned into a nightmare you remember. You can move and interact with various things to locate hidden hints, obtain items, and trigger pre-planned events. There are a lot of exchanges that will either reveal parts of the story or make the mystery surrounding Mr. Redface even stronger.

Also, get ready for quick jump scares, visual distortions and hallucinations, scary sound effects, and a place that is too quiet to breathe. You have to make it through the night and find out what Mr. Redface is really like.

Tips to play Red Face Horror

Have fun in a dark room

A dark setting improves the mood of the game and makes the scary experience more real.

Put on headphones

Sound design is a big part of making things tense. Listening with headphones helps you pick up on small sound details and specific sounds.

Watch how the environment changes

Things and rooms may change without warning. As you move forward, pay close attention to how things look different.

Don't hurry

Careful exploration is more valuable than speed in this game. Move slowly and take a close look at your surroundings.

If you need to, take breaks

Some parts of Red Face Horror may feel too much because it focuses so much on psychological stress. You can get off track and start again if you need to.
